hi, i’m melinda

With over 15 years of designing and executing creative press- and digital-ready files, there isn’t
a project big or small that I can’t handle!

I love being creative AND precise. I'm deadline driven and have been known to bleed for my team—figuratively and literally—like the time I sliced my finger with an X-ACTO blade, bandaged it, and STILL released the project on time!

Gaining knowledge through my variety of experiences, I possess a strong understanding
of typography, design, the creative process,
production and pre-press.

On a personal note—I’m a HUGE fan of the outdoors and love exploring nature and cities.
I find inspiration in art, architecture, music,
fashion, people and everyday life.

And yes, there are wild peacocks
in my neighborhood!

Designing my website was fun, definitely a learning process, and very rewarding!

When I finally decided on my brand name—which literally came to me as I woke in the middle of the night—I was excited to choose the images I’d use not only for my logo, but also the pages of my website. Scouring the internet, I found some beautiful illustrations that fit my vision. Here’s a shout-out to all the creative artists whom I used:

pumashoeme, sonnycool & lavarmsg
at Vecteezy.com
• various artists at Freepik.com
• kotoffei at CreativeMarket.com
• payapple at Shutterstock.com

I love that wild peacocks live in my neighborhood, and even more so since I googled what it means if you dream of them…

A peacock is a great sign indicating re-growth, birth, new life, and rejuvenation.

Seeing peacocks in your dream can be omens of prestige and success in both your relationship and career. When you see a peacock in your dream it is a positive sign for the future that brings luck and happiness.
